Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balance is due prior to setup on the day of your event.

  • We accept payment via cash, Venmo Business, or Square.

  • Pricing is based on an hourly model, with a 4-hour minimum unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may be rescheduled or applied as credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Weather Policy

  • For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing a flat, dry, and safe space for setup.

  • In case of inclement weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule the event, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to adequate space (approx.18ft long x 14ft wide x 11ft tall) and electrical power (if required).

  • Provide safe conditions for both participants and staff.

  • Any permits or permissions required for public or commercial property use must be obtained by the client.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in simulator activities is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.

  • Gimme a Swing is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur during use of the simulator unless due to gross negligence.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by guests.

6. Damage Policy

  • Clients will be held financially responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence during the event.

7. Photo & Video Release

  • Gimme a Swing may capture photos or video during your event for marketing purposes.

  • By booking with us, you grant permission to use such media unless a written request to opt-out is provided.

8. Age Restrictions for Prizes

  • All prize-based contests are limited to participants 18 and older unless otherwise stated.

  • Only one free swing is allowed per participant. Participant cannot win grand prize with this free swing.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
